At Lingxatelier, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible refund policy to make things right.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain items such as undergarments and clearance items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned. These include:
- Items on sale or marked as “final sale.”
- Underwear or intimate garments.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
